Moong dal is considered to be healthy. Dosa is the most popular and easy to cook breakfast.

- Ingredients
- Green Moong Dal – 2cups
- Ginger,garlic,chilly – 2-4 pieces each.
- Rice flour – 1/2 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- Water to adjust consistency
Cook in this way:
- Soak Moong Dal overnight.
- Grind the soaked Moong Dal along with ginger,garlic and chillies.
- Add water a little to grind it into a paste.
- Take the Moong dal paste in a bowl, add rice flour,salt and mix it
- Add water and adjust the consistency as Dosa batter. Add baking soda a pinch.
- Heat Dosa pan. Take a big spoon full of batter and spread it on the pan like a normal Dosa. Cook on both the sides.
- Enjoy with coconut chutney or anything you love with.
