‘Sabudana’ are the sago seeds. Sabudana khichadi is served as a breakfast. This is the favorite dish relished during fasting

Flavors can be added and cooked accordingly. This is Masala flavored khichadi.

Masala Sabudana Khichadi
  • Quantity: 4people
  • Preparation time: 8hrs
  • Cooking time: 15mins

• Boiled potato – 1
• Soaked sabudana – 1cup
• Chopped onion – 1
• Coriander,spices,oil

Cook in this way
• Heat pan,add oil, chopped onions. Fry them a little. Add spices and chopped boiled potatoes.
• Add soaked sabudana to this.Cover and cook for 5-8mins. Garnish.with coriander.
• Ready to relish with curd.
